Dust Care Standard Series & Soundproof Series are solid built units. Several units require no bags, have permanent washable cloth filters, utility inlets and a 7 year motor warranty! At only 68db, the 3000 and 4000 are considered "soundproof"!
The Dust Care DCC4 & DCC6 are also excellent choices. Designed on the "Beam" platform, there is never a need to purchase disposable bags. Just empty the dirt container 2-3 times a year. The 2 layer dirt filter bag traps even the smallest particles of dust from recirculating through the house.
