While most manufactures provide warranty coverage on products for only One (1) Year from the date of purchase, many of the items that we offer are available with an optional extended warranty of three (3) years from the date of purchase for a nominal fee. Should you choose to include this option at the time of your purchase, A1AVacuum.com will exclusively warrant the repair and service to correct, repair, and/or replace any product part, component or system that fails as a result of manufacturer defect as determined by our technicians upon the return of the item to A1AVacuum.com for three (3) years.

Many companies play games with their prices. At A1AVacuum.com, we offer the BEST price available on all of the products we sell. Because of our huge volume buying power and our low overhead, we will not be undersold.
With our 110% Price Guarantee, there is no reason to shop anywhere else! A1AVacuum.com guarantees that you will not find a lower price on the items we offer or we will refund you 110% of the difference. This guarantee is valid for up to 30 days after your purchase.
If you find a lower price online, simply e-mail the total quoted price for that item and the web site address to info@A1AVacuum.com. The quoted price shall be the total cost of the item inclusive of all taxes, warranty fees, shipping costs and other associated charges that may apply. If you find a lower price advertised by a local retail store, simply send a copy of the advertisement to us. You can find our office address on our Customer Support page. Once we verify the quote, we will send you a refund for 110% of the difference.
This guarantee does not include the following specialty pricing situations: companies going out of business, to-the-trade pricing, discontinued or clearance items, floor model or demo items, second-hand items, or items bought by home centers or others in mass quantity and sold as leader products. Also, the product must be advertised or sold through an authorized dealer for that product.
A1AVacuum.com Return Policy
At A1AVacuum.com, your satisfaction is our main goal. We can accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date on most vacuums and other products as a result of delivery damage or product defect only. In elective returns by the customer, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. This fee is based upon the total invoice amount, less charges for non-returned items. While a lot of the products we sell are sold with free shipping, there is a manufacturer's origination shipping cost that we absorb. Therefore, we will also deduct shipping and/or delivery costs as well. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of any item(s).
In order to be eligible for a refund, less the associated fees described above, items that are returned must include all of the original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc., and show no signs of use, abuse or damage, or the return will be rejected. Upon acceptance of the returned item(s), the refunded amount will be issued in the form of a company check made payable to the customer and delivered via US Mail to the original billing address.
You CANNOT return any product without first obtaining a Return Authorization from our office. To obtain a RA number, please call our customer support staff at (561) 301-1837 or e-mail us at info@A1AVacuum.com. Any returns made without an RA number will be rejected and sent back to you at your own expense. We regret that there are no returns allowed on accessories, or on cleaning and janitorial supplies.
